The Beauty Spring (bicarbonate spring) is colorless, transparent, and odorless, featuring a gentle quality distinct from Kirishima’s characteristic sulfur springs.Beloved as the “Beauty Spring” for creating fair, beautiful skin, it is suitable for those with sensitive skin, pregnant women, and even infants.It easily blends with the skin, emulsifying skin oils and secretions to cleanse like soap.It also removes dead skin cells, leaving skin smooth and silky.As a natural, flowing spring (unheated) with self-flowing water, you can always enjoy clean, fresh water. Hidakayama Onsen, a hot spring village in the Hayato Plain stretching into the inner reaches of Kinko Bay.It is said to be the oldest hot spring in Kagoshima Prefecture, dating back to the mythical legends of Izanagi and Izanami.
This hot spring area has long flourished as Kagoshima’s inner retreat, being the birthplace of family baths (family-style baths), and features various types of hot spring facilities.
