Our kaiseki cuisine, unique to a mountain inn, abundantly features mountain delicacies, including seasonal wild vegetables. River fish and meat dishes are also served, making for hearty portions. Our steaming hot rice, with its beautiful glossy sheen, is made from our own homegrown rice. We cultivate our rice ourselves because we want you to experience its true flavor. The ingredients used in our dishes are organic rice and organic vegetables. We hope you can enjoy safe, wholesome food with peace of mind. Our homegrown rice, “Autumn Landscape,” cultivated by harnessing the day-night temperature difference, boasts a rich aroma and satisfying stickiness. You can also savor mountain trout (sea bream during New Year) and Kumamoto’s famous horse sashimi.
