Nestled in the mountains away from Kurokawa Onsen town lies Yamamizuki. Yamamizuki offers a total of 21 guest rooms. Each room features a unique design, creating a distinct atmosphere. Along the mountain stream, there are separate open-air baths for men and women. So close you could almost touch the river, you’ll feel at one with nature. Combined with the guest room baths, all feature free-flowing spring water. Soothe your daily fatigue while listening to the murmuring river. In Kurokawa Onsen Village, all 30 inns and the entire satoyama landscape are considered “one inn.” This concept is expressed as “Kurokawa Onsen Ichiryokan” (Kurokawa Onsen: One Inn). The roads are corridors, the trees and flowers are the plants in the courtyard, and the hot springs and inns are all part of one large inn.

The “Bath Pass” allows you to visit open-air baths across participating inns. Enjoy touring 25 open-air baths brimming with natural charm. Photography is generally prohibited in the open-air baths—please respect the rules and enjoy your stay comfortably.
We prepare cuisine rich in the abundant natural bounty unique to a mountain inn. We cook and serve various seasonal ingredients, so you can enjoy different flavors each time you visit. To ensure a relaxing stay, both dinner and breakfast are served in the semi-private dining room “Hanakata,” reserved exclusively for our guests.
